If a payment ever fails, the app keeps working for 14 days. After that it goes view-only for 14 days, and we email you at least 3 reminders before anything is deleted.

No. Open the link on your phone and tap “Add to Home Screen”. It opens like a normal app and keeps a copy on your phone, so it’s quick even on site.

You can export your expenses and sales in the format Xero and MYOB import, and send receipts straight to your Xero or MYOB inbox from your own email. There’s no extra subscription to pay for.
If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 14 days, then the app goes view-only for another 14 days so you can see everything and download a backup. We email you at least 3 reminders. If it’s still unpaid after that, your access code stops working and the jobs stored online are deleted. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you have 30 days to download it all.
Your jobs, photos and receipts are kept on your device and on our hosting on Australian servers, so your whole team sees the same jobs. We don’t sell your information. Read our Terms & privacy.
